Job Summary

As a Destination Service Provider consultant, your primary responsibility is to assist Wuxi Biologics global assignees relocating to Cranbury, New Jersey, and the surrounding area by providing them with comprehensive support and guidance throughout the transition process. Your role involves understanding the unique needs to ensure a smooth and hassle-free relocation experience. Overall, as a Destination Service Provider, your role is crucial in facilitating a seamless transition for individuals or families relocating to a new destination, ensuring their comfort, satisfaction, and successful integration into their new community

Requirements:

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with assignees to understand their relocation requirements, preferences, and expectations.
Housing Assistance: Assist assignees in finding suitable accommodation based on their budget, preferences, and location preferences. This may involve arranging property viewings and providing guidance on local rental or real estate markets. Providing a list of neighborhoods based on the assignee’s requirements. The consultant should not sign a lease on behalf of the assignee or offer any additional monies in exchange for finding a rental property.
Settling-in Services: Offer logistical support with essential tasks such as obtaining necessary documentation, setting up utilities, area orientation of neighborhood including the grocery store, gym, emergency facilities, library, shopping centers, etc

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
In-depth knowledge of the local area, including housing market trends, educational institutions, and community resources
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected challenges.
Familiarity with relocation services and processes
Fluency in Mandarin
Preferred: consultant with a clean driving record and insurance coverage that includes worker’s compensation
