The ELITE programme is a rotational development programme for PhD/Masters graduates, where we hire top talents who have graduated within the last two years from university with a PhD/Master’s degree in Biomedical/Biotechnology. The programme prepares you for successful contributions and offers the chance to design and implement new processes, develop project management expertise, support world-class manufacturing and help significantly drive business productivity and profitability. The succcessful candidate will also have the opportunity to re-locate to China for 6-12 months as part of the rotation. This is a Permanent Contract.

Department Description

As a Project Management Elite Programme hire, you’ll be joining an organization where people of all backgrounds and experiences are respected, and where we work together focused on changing lives. In this role you’ll be reporting to the Project Management Lead, Dundalk, Ireland.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate for this position:

Highly qualified university graduates with a minimum PhD/Masters degree in a Biomedical/Biotechnology/Biology/Chemistry/Science field.

Meticulous scientific attitude and strong logical acumen, along with a strong sense of responsibility and execution ability. Analyze and address the problems properly.
Excellent learning abilities, critical thinking, strong academic research background is essential. Capability of offering unique insights into matters is required. 
Outstanding communication skills and problem-solving skills are critical. Capability of working in a highly diverse team in both culture and technical background is required.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
Willingness to re-locate to China for 6 - 12 months as part of the rotation.

Scope of the Elite Programme:

Responsibilities

Manage late-phase and commercial projects within a cross-functional team. Develop project plan in alignment with contracts, establish project team, manage project scope, and control project schedule.
Lead project team to achieve milestones within designated timeline and budget. Confirm the completion of work by stage with client to guarantee timely revenue recognition.
Serve as the primary contact person for clients, maintain good relationship. Conduct regular meetings to update on project progress.
Monitor the project progress, identify and mitigate risks. Respond quickly and coordinate resources to address complex issues.
Explore and understand customer 's potential needs, and effectively integrate internal resources to meet customer' s needs. After further developing your technical and leadership skills, you’ll be equipped with the tools and skills needed for a leadership role within us at WuXi Biologics.
