- Responsible to provide strong Strategic Account management within the West Coast North America sales territory
- Development, where required, of new potential strategic accounts
- Ability to grow the West coast region, with the current business development team, across Strategic Accounts
- Works closely with the Bio leadership team and operations to develop the right strategies and tactics to meet the yearly revenue targets for the region
- Stays current on competitors and competitive strategies and provides input needed for the development of future services and products
- This position should be based on the West coast, ideally CA
- Conduct business development activities for Biologics Discovery (including Platform/technology Licensing)
- Develop new potential customers and maintain existing customers with customer scouting, customer exploration, business introduction, contract negotiation, sales following-up, and managing all aspects of the customer relationship independently
- Collect market intelligence with information gathering and trend analysis on the industry, pricing, and competition. Collect, analyze and track competitors’ information and business move, help make Discovery strategic plan
- Managing the portfolio of customers
- Builds strong internal relationships across functions
- Represents WuXi Biologics at key trade shows
- Contributes to key commercial strategies across the sales team
- Delivering Exemplary customer service
- Timely update of CRM and monitoring of KPIs
