major responsibilities:
Responsible for organization development, talent development program design and implementation to all global sites, especially for US and Europe. He/she will work with multiple HR functions and business leaders to diagnose organization capability gaps and propose and facilitate solutions implementation to address these gaps. 

  • Build, integrate and execute programs and processes related to talent management, performance management and promotion management in alignment with global HR strategy
  • Conduct organization efficiency diagnose through organization review and talent review, propose and implement talent develop programs to address gaps diagnose for different business units
  • Conduct research and analysis of global leading practice in performance management and promotion management and talent management, and drive evolution of corresponding global HR policies
  • Co-design and deliver key talent development and learning development initiatives such as corporate culture program, decision making and complex problem solve programs
  • Design and implement talent development programs such as corporate culture program and leadership programs, diversity and inclusion programs
  • Stay connected internally and externally, leverage data, insight, and industry trend to lead, influence, support and facilitate talent grow, and promotion of high performance culture
  • Manage and promote the usage of LMS system and build up the learning culture by introducing innovative approach to encourage self-learning

qualifications requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10 year experience in HR function, rich experience in organization development, talent management and development domain. Consulting background is a plus
  • Solid knowledge in HR, talent development and management
  • Motivated and passion for talent development. High learning agility. Familiar with talent development methodologies and hands-on experience with operating talent development programs.
  • Good communication and influential skills within team and with business leaders
  • Proficient in Oral & Written in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
