    Associate Director Business Development AP Licensing and Alliance Management

         Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business development activities for biologics asset out licensing and Platform/Technology collaboration.
  • Develop new strategic collaboration partners and maintain existing clients/partners
  • Build up business network, conduct scouting, establish new business leads, and push though till deal close.
  • Independently do business introduction, diligence, deal valuation, be a good team player in cross-functional working group.
  • Collect market intelligence with information gathering and trend analysis on the industry, pricing, and competition.
  • Collect, analyze and track competitors’ information and business moves, help make strategic plan.
  • Analyze and map the size of business opportunities and market values for each target.
  • Any additional marketing or business development support to strategic planning

 

           Qualifications: 

  • Advanced degree in scnce is desired (e.g. PhD, MS), MBA degree

  • Experience with commercial Licensing outbound

  • Biologics Experience

  •  Experience in business plan preparation and competition analysis.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop important relationships with clients and key

    stakeholders, good conflict management skills.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues in a simple way.

  • Demonstrate ability to translate strategy into action; Strong influence, negotiation, and

    presentation skills.

  •  Results and detail-oriented; self-motivated.
