Responsibilities:

Lead or coordinate the deviation investigation and control the progress to ensure initiate and close the
deviation investigation timely and ensure execute the following CAPA smoothly.
Lead or coordinate manufacturing technology transfer from PD upstream and downstream from PD
upstream and downstream to MFG, ensure technology transfer can be executed smoothly.
Provide manufacturing technology support, draft related research plan, coordinate the execution of
research plan and result analysis, author research report and help MFG for trouble shooting.
Responsible for ensuring all subordinates training up to date.
Responsible for leading and developing subordinates and build a strong ream.
Take initiative to optimize the operation and continuous improvement
Responsible for the routine group and department administrative affairs.

Qualifications:

Have Doctorate, Master or Bachelor degree in Biochemical or biotechnology major and be familiar
with cell culture or protein purification:
Have good logical ability and can initiate deviation investigation report in Chinese and English:
Have good communication and cooperation ability and can cooperate many departments to complete
deviation investigation;
Have a certain understanding of GMP.
