Job Summary

The Clinical Supply Service Manage will support clinical supply chain services for global clinical trials and ensure all project activities are in compliance with company and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Adherence to the WuXi corporate core values and PROUD culture
Ensures effective and timely communication and collaborations among internal functional areas, key stakeholders, and clients in order to provide high quality clinical supply services globally
Collaborate with clients and internal cross functional teams to effectively coordinate clinical supply service activities, and provide updated project status in a timely fashion
Identifies, assesses, and proactively communicates clinical supply risks to all the stakeholders with rational mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply of clinical trial materials
Integrates all clinical supplies activities into a comprehensive project-based clinical supply/logistic strategy and timeline
Manage and track drug supply quantities for distribution to designated Depots and/or clinical sites throughout clinical study
Monitor and oversee Warehouse and Depot drug inventory levels at the site
Ensure the facility is maintained at a high standard
Manage third party vendors as needed
Stay abreast of new regulations

Adhere fully to all safety policies, procedures and regulations
Ensure high Quality & Compliance standards
Complete all training in a timely manner
Be flexible to take on additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the line manager

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
Demonstrated effective leadership and ownership, sense of urgency, and can-do attitude
Ability to respond promptly to issues as they arise
Strong focus on clients and attention to details
Excellent project management, planning, organizational, presentation, interpersonal, trouble shooting, and decision-making skills
Excellent English and communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment, as well as work independently with limited guidance
Basic understanding of clinical supply operations
